The objectives of the training:
- Governance and combating corruption represent one of the most important files that countries are presented with today, whether they are in a state of stability or in the stage of rebuilding to move towards democracy. Arab experiences today in this regard still range between partial successes and future intentions, which calls for fertilization of experiences between Arab countries and openness to best practices in this field.
- Perhaps these issues are among the most stressful things facing the experience of democratic reconstruction in Libya today, which requires mastery at all levels of the requirements and mechanisms of governance and combating corruption, in addition to benefiting from similar experiences and drawing on best practices.
